Brian has been a yoga and meditation practitioner for 29 years and has been teaching kundalini yoga for nine years. He is a former Tibetan Buddhist monk who has completed many retreats, including a one-year, solitary meditation retreat. Space is limited; first-come, first-served. Mats will be provided.
